Besart has completed BSc in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Sciences. He is the founding member of Wise Word Group which was founded in the year 2009.
He has a good experience in counselling and managing the operations and team. He has successfully led the project of founding and setting up Kings Tirana in the year 2017 and Virtus Excellence Training Centre in the year 2019. He is also a well-known television personality in the country and also owns a television education program named “Be Wise”. He believes that quality education should be available for all and therefore he is ambitious to help the students in his region to have direct access to all the top UK universities.
